What dwelligent.app collects, why, and how to have it removed.

Scope, stated plainly: this policy covers only this marketing website (dwelligent.app) — specifically, the launch-notification signup. It does not cover the Dwelligent application itself, which has its own, separate Privacy Policy once it's publicly available, covering inspection data, photos, and client information. This page is a good-faith first draft, written to be accurate and honest about what the website actually does today — it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and we intend to have it formally reviewed before relying on it for anything beyond this early launch stage.

What we collect

If you use the "Get notified" signup on this site, we collect the email address you provide. That's the only personal information this website asks for or stores.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information for every visit (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability purposes. We don't use this to identify individual visitors, and we don't currently run any analytics or advertising tracking on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy before it does.

Why we collect it

Solely to notify you when Dwelligent is available to sign up for or download. We don't use your email for anything else — no newsletters you didn't ask for, no selling or renting it to anyone else, no marketing beyond the launch notice itself.

Where it's stored

Your email is stored in our application database (hosted in Canada) until launch, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We don't sell, rent, or share your email with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. The only parties with technical access to it are the infrastructure providers (database and hosting) that make the website function at all, under their own standard provider agreements — not independent recipients of your information.

Your rights

For any of the above, email ashton@couleeautomation.com — a real person reads every message, and we'll act on a deletion request promptly.

Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Canadian privacy law

Coulee Automation Inc. is based in Alberta, Canada, and we aim to handle your information consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you believe we've fallen short of that anywhere, tell us — see "Your rights" above.

Changes to this policy

If what this website collects or how we use it changes, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted here plainly, not buried.
